Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled Spray Painters to join Our Client's dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing priming painting and finishing various Heavy Equipment surfaces to the highest standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless paint finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding masking and priming
  • Apply paint coatings using spray guns ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
  • Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired shades.
  • Monitor paint drying times and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Requirements:
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • A drivers licence is preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience as a Spray Painter in the Heavy Equipment or related industry
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised on allocated client’s sites.
  • Proficiency in operating spraypainting equipment and tools.
  • Strong understanding of paint mixing and colour matching techniques.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
