ABOUT THE TEAM

The Partnerships team is at the front-line when it comes to growing strategic alliances spanning Trade Republic s Product spectrum. As gate-keeper to our business, the team works across key segments of our industry: from KYC to Banking, Investing and beyond. We work cross-functionally, distilling the needs of our internal customers to expand our technical capabilities at the best possible price-point, all the while optimizing for performance.

As generalists, we get up to speed on new technologies and services on a daily basis to identify business opportunities, reduce risk exposures and anchor the firm in the broader tech ecosystem.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

  • You will contribute and execute on the commercial strategy of our product roadmap, becoming the business relationship owner tasked to preserve the commercial viability of our partnerships
  • You will tackle commercial negotiations supported by elaborate financial and operational models, cutting through ambiguity to deliver actionable recommendations to Management
  • You will assess and prioritize opportunities to diversify revenue streams and increase profitability of our business in line with our company goals
  • You will develop and maintain models to stress-test the resilience of our partnerships across the organization and work towards immunizing it against single points of failure
  • You will conduct competitive research, mapping opportunities across our key areas to ensure we always lock-in the best possible collaborations across our industry
  • You will manage relationships with our partners ecosystem, escalating our needs and understanding our partners to drive synergies in our joint ventures and ensure observance of targets and service-levels

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Qualifications: You have graduated from a top-tier university with a Bachelor s or Master s degree
  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank).
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You showcase a genuine attention to detail and enjoy working with data to support your decisions.
  • You break complex problems into smaller ones and are able to draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans.
  • You build rapport quickly both internally and externally, with a client-first mentality
  • You run commercial discussions effectively and define negotiation strategies to meet your objective
  • You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute.
  • You keep your cool under pressure and interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
  • You are curious by nature, a motivated self-starter and you care about making an impact.
  • You get things done and are always focused on results.
