- Lead change management projects with focus on organizational sustainability, and economic ROI, guiding clients to achieve the objectives set, or making them aware of the opportunities
- Identify and create a unified vision across various stakeholders
- Facilitate and monitor change processes in healthcare organizations and introduce technological/digital/organizational innovations
- Enable our customers to create value on 3 levels: (L1) Value within the laboratory or hospital provider on workflow efficiency and staff satisfaction; (L2) Economical value for the different stakeholders involved (lab physicians, clinicians, C-suite, …); (L3) Positively impact access, time-to-result and outcomes for patients
- Assess the changes necessary in healthcare ecosystems today to deliver the economic and clinical benefit of new approaches or solutions
- By understanding the customers' needs, you will be carrying out strategic consultancy projects, and facilitating the resourcing of such projects, where necessary, including the introduction of diagnostic, technological, and digital innovations
- Develop consulting processes, tools and standards that contribute to the execution of a successful strategic implementation in customer accounts
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to show our customers the value of co-creation and collaboration
- Own the strategy consulting process from inception to execution
- Ensure flow of information and share insights from customers to affiliate stakeholders. Act by adapting strategies and plans accordingly
- Identify the need for Organizational sustainability and Healthcare transformation projects together with Sales and other colleagues
- Identify the customer needs in preparation of a consulting project
- Use the global Organizational sustainability and Healthcare transformation portfolio to support customers in complex questions
- Find possibilities for strategic consulting projects together with sales
- Speak to c-suite stakeholders to identify the reason for action
- As result of the meeting with the c-suite stakeholders identify the right consulting tool the use in this particular project
- Facilitate and lead the project: internally and externally with team members/stakeholders
- Use market knowledge to ensure the best outcome of the projects
- Show tangible results of the projects internally and externally
- Quantify the benefits of the projects into a financial benefit
