As the Alliance and Strategic Manager you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that drive business growth and enhance our market position. You will play a key role in identifying negotiating and implementing partnerships that align with our companys goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with our business objectives. Develop and maintain a robust network of key industry players.
2. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements. Ensure that contracts are comprehensive mutually beneficial and aligned with the companys interests.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure effective communication to maximize the value of partnerships.
4. Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams: Work closely with sales marketing product development and other teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics. Provide insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisionmaking.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the performance of strategic alliances.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with partnerships and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
2. Proven experience in alliance management or a similar strategic role.
3. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Strong understanding of the industry/sector and key market players.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
