- Responsible for overall maintenance of Steam Turbine Generator & Auxiliaries and Balance of Plant in 2 X270 MWOil shale firedpowerplant is main responsibility.
- Accountable for ensuring that the highest standards of safety and good housekeeping are achieved by the section and contractors.
- Preparing standard maintenance procedures (SMP) and Risk assessment.
- Helping in maintaining spares inventory and ensuring that adequate spares are stocked to support maintenance activities.
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager in the preparation and control of budgets.
- Helping section head inpreparing contract technical specifications and technical reports.
- Helping section head inexercising control of staff in the areas of discipline, assessment, development and training.
