Title: Sr Technology Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Duration: 18 Months (Possible to extend)
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to drive delivery within Global Technology at CLIENT.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering work against our Technology Roadmaps. You will flex
between lead/sole Project Manager to partnering with vendor PMs to get work across the finish line.

with a high quality. Our project stakeholders and business leaders require a great communicator in this
role someone able to illustrate the state of a project to an clients executive but can also present
mitigation plan of impending project risks and direct critical decisions and discussions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You lead the planning and implementation of project(s) and plan(s) while being accountable for
ensuring key stakeholder alignment on project scope budget resource plan key milestone
management and risk management.
You are responsible for change management and communication plans throughout the
projects lifecycle.
You own regular status reporting and communications with internal and external teams CLIENT
executives for your project(s).
You coordinate and help manage activities across multiple crossfunctional teams and identify
and proactively manage dependencies.
You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to
support the project execution.
You manage thirdparty vendor work efforts under several Global Technology workstreams.
You overcommunicate and radiate information to Global Technology and their Business Unit
partners to ensure dependencies are clear and theres general alignment across the teams.
You innovate with the wider Technology Management and Operations team to create a
strategy for programs & projects to ship more effectively and strive to continuously improve
project management approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES)
Handson experience in leading project teams; including functional teams and external
partners.
Flexibility and ability to lead projects as well as partner with vendor PMs to ensure the
successful delivery of complex projects.
Demonstrated excellence in developing projectlevel delivery strategies and transparent
reporting to executive stakeholders.
Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organization skills.
Ability to plan and deliver projects in both Agile and traditional Waterfall development
environments.
Flexibility to help teams execute without perfect processes or overbearing checklists.
You are adept at driving project initiatives and schedules proactively and have approaches
youve used to limit schedule and deliverables risk.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Professional PMP strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Products
Experience with migrating large amounts of data
Experience managing projects that are heavily matrixed and reliant on shared services teams.
Experience managing and participating in projects that implement 3rd party solutions.
5 years work experience in a highgrowth dynamic operating environment with 5 years in
operational and/or technical project management roles.
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Proficient in project management techniques and tools/software i.e. ServiceNow SmartSheet.
Demonstrable experience utilizing and exploiting a project governance framework and
ensuring project execution alignment with best practices without jeopardizing project delivery
or business outcomes.
Comfortable with language barriers or constraints; bilingual language skills are a plus
