Preventive Maintenance of Komatsu make Servo Press Machines Transfer & Tandem Line Material handling robots (YasukawaNachiKawasaki) sheet washing m/c Scrap transfer conveyorsetc. 2. Condition Based Maintenance Grasp & Judge CurrentTemperatureVibration. 3. Breakdown Maintenance (Troubleshooting & Repair Mechanical/Electrical/Pneu/Hydraulics) 4. Able to work on PLC (Mitsubishi) Servo Drives (Fanuc) Programming parts change & Diagnose 5. Able to work on Material Handling Cranes Wire rope/brakes/Inverters. 6. Able to replace parts Elec & Mech in servo press robots roller sheet washing machines. 7. Carryout horizontal deployment & Change point management.
