Job Summary As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders including hiring managers and HR business partners to understand organizational needs and drive recruitment initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
    • Analyze workforce trends and anticipate future hiring needs
  2. Leadership and Team Collaboration

    • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
  3. Fullcycle Recruitment

    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and making hiring recommendations
    • Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards social media networking and employee referrals
  4. Employer Branding

    • Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand
    • Engage in activities to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice
  5. Candidate Experience

    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Gather feedback and continuously improve recruitment processes
  6. Metrics and Reporting

    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire
    • Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment strategies
  7. Compliance

    • Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices
    • Work with legal and HR teams to implement and maintain best practices
