Job Description: We are looking for someone who is ready to switch their career from SAP to Salesforce. A selfstarter with a passion towards delivery high quality solutions you will be required to design and develop solutions in the technofunctional areas for Salesforce solutions. We will upskill you on Salesforce environment but you have to bring your intuitive and curiosity skills in pursuing a challenging career. FSM Functional Consultant with experience of working on Field service solutions with SAP. In the area of equipment services maintenance scheduling repair and replace scenarios. Exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance service management or Enterprise asset management solutions would be of value.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Complete functional knowledge of endtoend Field service management:
- Receiving a service request for equipment
- Allocation of technicians
- Managing locations and trips
- Attending to equipment scheduled services
- Updating service orders/work orders
- Stock and inventory understanding transfer of stocks etc.
- Integration with other systems
- Procurement cycle Assest Management Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders & Stock transport orders
- Configuration for Material type Vendor account group and Purchasing Document types.
- SD processes i.e.. STO PO IDOC Delivery Billing documents LSMW
- PR/PO release workflow
- Coordinate between Legacy System and Middleware.
- Post Golive Support.
- Add on knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and SAP APO
- Materials Management & Warehouse Management with strong analysis configuration and business skills with indepth knowledge of endtoend business processes
- Ability to work on support incidents raised by users to
- Analyse incidents and help team members to solve them.
- Apply business process knowledge to identify root causes.
- Work with other BA/teams to document and harness knowledge continuously.
- Work with Salesforce architects & technical teams in defining requirements refining user stories and working with business teams to achieve end goal of a robust solution.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Octane JIRA Microsoft tools is desirable.
