Job Description

- Provide accurate Sales reporting and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and as-needed basis to support business objectives (e.g. forecast accuracy, bookings, variance analysis, sales performance)
- Partner with Sales Leadership to establish data quality, accuracy and process consistency in planning used by the sales organization
- Coordinate and participate in weekly pipeline management processes for accurate forecasting
- Identify sales process improvement opportunities and facilitate new program implementation to streamline processes and efficiency
- Oversee sales compensation plan design, review and administration and partner with Accounting/Finance to ensure accurate processing
- Responsible for territory planning and equitable assignment of sales quotas that appropriately reflect the company´s business goals
