Our client company is seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to support process development efforts in their plant.

You must be willing to:
Become the go-to analytical instrumentation/methods expert in a highly collaborative environment
Take responsibility for on-line process sampling systems for efficient pilot plant data recording/processing
Provide hands-on testing/instrument trouble shooting/method development/procedure writing/selected ASTM/ EPA testing
Develop data analysis/formalizing data logging/data quality procedures
Mentor junior scientists & technicians

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
MS in Chemistry (PhD Preferred)
5+ years experience as Analytical Chemist in new analytical methods development
Petrochemical/fuels refining process knowledge (analytical testing/sampling - ASTM Methods)
Expert level skills troubleshooting analytical instrumentation used in petrochemical processing
Familiar with GC/GC-MS/IC (ion-exchange chromatography)/ICP- Atomic Emissions Spectroscopy
Supervisory experience preferred
