The Role


As a therapist at Connect2Care you will be joining a multidisciplinary team. You will provide evidencebased services to people through multiple service delivery models including telehealth community visits & centrebased services. Referrals may come through the NDIS Medicare or privately. It is a mobile role with the option to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. The role will involve the following:

Requirements

To apply for the role you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field
  • Disciplinespecific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
  • Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
  • First Aid (optional)

Connect2Care accepts clinicians with varying experience levels from new graduates to senior therapists. Support is offered to all therapists through a New Graduate Program along with mentoring and supervision.
