Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Englewood OH. As a Speech Language Pathologist you will be responsible for assessing diagnosing and treating speech language and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess speech language and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients communication and swallowing needs
• Provide therapy and intervention services to improve patients speech and language skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors nurses and therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Educate patients families and caregivers on speech and language disorders and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient evaluations progress and treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology
• State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (ASHA)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferably working with patients with speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to therapy
