Tasks

• Oversee daily operations of Neroli Med Spa & Beauty Lounge
• Manage and supervise spa/lounge staff ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
• Maintain inventory of spa/lounge supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
• Monitor and analyze financial performance prepare reports and recommend improvements to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the beauty and cosmetics industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Indepth knowledge of spa and beauty treatments products and trends
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets
