Tasks

• Lead a team of massage therapists to ensure the seamless operation of our luxurious studio and its ambiance.
• Create a supportive atmosphere where your leadership empowers team members to uphold the highest standards of service cleanliness and organization.
• Inspire and guide your team to maintain a wellstocked inventory of supplies ensuring guests always feel pampered and cared for.
• Craft memorable experiences for our guests by coaching your team to provide warm greetings expert consultations and personalized treatments.
• Share your enthusiasm for HAGIUS with our guests through informative and engaging interactions facilitated by your dedicated team.
• Empower your team to promptly address guest inquiries and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Maintain a safe clean and inviting environment by overseeing the meticulous upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
• Lead by example in ensuring each session ends with precision and care leaving our guests with a lasting sense of satisfaction.

• Performing various massage techniques on clients based on their needs and preferences
• Assessing clients medical history and current physical condition to determine the most appropriate treatment plan
• Providing a calm and relaxing environment for clients during their sessions
• Maintaining clean and organized work area including sanitizing equipment and changing linens between clients
• Educating clients on selfcare techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of their massages

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in massage therapy with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
