Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Lead to join our team in Bangalore. As a Solution Lead you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB Express.js Angular Node.js) and TypeScript. You will provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to the development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design architecture and development of software solutions using the MEAN Stack and TypeScript.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Mentor junior developers providing support and assistance as needed to foster their growth and development.
Lead code reviews ensuring code quality performance and scalability of solutions.
Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and practices.
Manage project timelines priorities and resources to ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management QA and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise working closely with the development team to implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on fullstack development using the MEAN Stack.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Node.js development.
Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
Experience managing projects and leading development teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus.
