- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solidworks Trainer or a similar role
- Expertise in Solidworks as well as related software such as AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training materials and course content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
- Willingness to travel within Jordan and internationally when necessary
