Your role

With our Pre-Seed funding round closed and the product gaining more and more traction with customers, we believe it is now the perfect time to further build our team.

We are looking for top talents and empathetic and curious team players who are interested in
building, testing, and shipping their own product features. Driven by building a product that helps people make better and faster buying decisions, we like to move quickly and love giving our team members full ownership. Make a significant contribution to our development and carve out your name on the newest B2B sales product.

Tasks

Be a significant contributor to our tech team and help us identify, evaluate, and act on product development opportunities. This is a highly impactful role as you will be working directly with the founders and the tech team, shaping the product, and helping us deliver value to our customers.
Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop React components on the frontend or backend Javascript/Typescript code
• Take part in tech discussions
• Research and create proof of concepts regarding service integrations
• Troubleshoot technical problems across system boundaries

Requirements

• You are studying (something related to) computer science / software engineering (final bachelor year / master)
• (Basic) web development knowledge; HTML, CSS, basic Javascript - A plus could be: Deeper Javascript knowledge; React/Vue/SPA-framework knowledge
• You are a quick learner and like to play around with new tech
• You want to take ownership and not just "look over the shoulder"
• You are super outcome-focused and want to create impact - we move quick and so do you.

Our principles:

• We hold discussions with you, not interviews. That means, it is as much your decision, as it is ours
• Let's be very transparent upfront. We are clear about what is important to us and so should you. If we are not matching due to fundamental ideas e.g., about how to collaborate, let's find it out in the beginning
• Let's have some fun together. In the worst case, we will have spent 30-60 minutes meeting a new person

The typical process lasts about 2-3 hours comprising 3 main discussions.
