Join Our Team:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Social Media Specialist and Website Manager to elevate our online presence and user engagement. If youre passionate about crafting compelling content managing social media platforms and driving website efficiency we want you on our team.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Primarily focus on Instagram with additional responsibilities for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Create engaging content manage posts and interact with our audience.
  • Website Administration: Oversee website updates manage product banners and sort products effectively. Ensure a seamless and userfriendly online experience.
  • Client Interaction: Actively respond to client inquiries and feedback on social media platforms providing a prompt and personalized experience.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative and captivating content for our social media channels and advertisements.
  • Blog Management: Regularly update and manage blog posts ensuring they align with our brands voice and goals.

Lead Management: Efficiently track and manage leads generated from advertisements.

Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to measure social media and website performance implementing strategies for improvement.

Weekend Availability: Dedicate 2 hours per day on weekends for brand engagement with a flexible weekly schedule.

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with various teams to identify engagement opportunities and report on key performance indicators.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 25 years in social media and community management for brands.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of both Arabic and English with the ability to create content in both languages.
  • Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and capitalize on current trends and cultural moments.
  • Community Growth: Proven experience in organically growing a brands social media presence.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of internet culture and trends.
  • Consumer Insight: Keen insight into consumer behaviors and preferences in the social media landscape.
  • Collaboration: A team player who is proactive and collaborative in nature.
  • eCommerce Knowledge: Ability to monitor eCommerce metrics collaborate on OmniChannel experiences and troubleshoot operational issues
