• Optimize customer routes in Nestlé’s sales distribution model.
• Ensure first class service is provided to our retail channel by defining frequency of visits and determining the critical product range that should be available at our customers, based on customer classification.
• Utilize our digital tools in line with achieving our sales KPIs to increase the efficiency of our retail sales trucks.
• Work on the routing exercise and ensure that the current RTM and routing across all regions are achieving our efficiencies.
• Evaluate the performance of our current fleet, and tackle areas of improvement to drive cost efficiencies initiatives.
