    Job summary:

    As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement for our TV productions. This position requires a creative thinker with a passion for television and a proven track record in driving social media campaigns to success.

    Responsibilities:

  • In-Depth Industry Research:
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments.
  • Diverse Content Creation:
  • Create a variety of content types, including videos, articles, infographics, and posts, all tailored to match the relevant tone and style guidelines.
  • Multi-Platform Publishing:
  • Publish content across a range of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Event Coverage and Exclusive Reporting:
  • Attend industry events and produce exclusive reports, including stories and photos that adhere to established guidelines and standards.
  • Audience Targeting and Trendspotting:
  • Tailor content to specific audience segments and focus on trending topics to maximize engagement and reach.
  • SEO and Keyword Optimization:
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize social media content for improved visibility and discoverability.
  • Networking and Influencer Engagement:
  • Expand your professional network by actively engaging with industry professionals and influencers on various social media platforms.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Utilize social media insights and analytics tools to measure the success of content and make data-driven improvements.
  • Editorial Calendar Management:
  • Adhere to editorial calendars and syndication schedules to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and promptly respond to comments and messages on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to foster positive interactions and address inquiries.
  • Handling Urgent Requests:
  • Prioritize and efficiently handle urgent requests from different teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Content Curation:
  • Curate and schedule engaging content from our Roya video content library, maintaining a balanced and appealing social media feed.
  • Stay Informed:
  • Stay well-informed about industry news, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes, continually seeking opportunities to enhance content strategies.
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years with university degree, 2-5 years in role
  • Proven working experience in social media
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social
