The Role

We are looking for a Social Media and Community Executive to join our team and help us create and manage engaging content across our channels Instagram TikTok YouTube Pinterest and Threads (and future channels!). In this role you will get to work across daytoday channel management content creation community support as well as analysing data across our social commerce channel and paid social campaigns.

In this role youll get to:

• Take ownership of scheduling content across our channels.
• Create monthly content calendars based on themes outlined by the Senior Social Media Manager.
• Coordinate with our pro and creator squad fostering relationships renewing contracts and crafting monthly briefs to deliver engaging content.
• Support the Senior Social Media Manager in developing and implementing Social Media strategies focusing on our key markets (the UK and the US) and influencer distributor markets.
• Ensure that creator fees are within the allocated monthly budget review the performance of each creator and scout for potentially new creators.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring user engagement engaging with relevant content identifying opportunities tracking brand sentiment and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Review tagged content across IG & TikTok and request necessary usage rights for repurposing.
• Responsible for shooting inhouse UGC aligned to campaigns outlined by the Senior Social Media Manager.
• Support the Senior Social Media Manager on the monthly report owning slides on competitor analysis consumer insights and TikTok boosting. Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate familiarity with paid social media and support in working with creators for paid activation.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Social Commerce channels particularly TikTok Shop and IG Shop.
• Support the Senior Social Media Manager in developing and implementing Social Media strategies to support our key markets (the UK and the US) and provide our distributor markets with a monthly content overview.
• Work with the Senior Social Media Manager to manage the workload of freelance/ Social Media assistant developing team management skills.
• Responsible for staying uptodate with the latest social media trends and industry developments and be proactive in implementing them into our channels weekly.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing PR Ecommerce and creative to ensure social media activations align with business goals and brand messaging.
