As we expand our team were looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Content Creator to drive our online presence through effective and creative marketing campaigns whilst enhancing our brand visibility. As the Social Media and Content Creator you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media and communication strategy. You will play a key role in building and maintaining brand awareness engaging our audience and fostering a positive online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media and communication strategy aligned with the companys goals and values.
- Manage and curate content across various social media platforms (Facebook X LinkedIn Instagram etc.).
- Create engaging and shareable content including graphics videos and written content.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key industry stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to comments messages and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign support across all communication channels.
- Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and emerging social media tools and digital technologies.
- Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Analysing the longterm needs of the companys social media strategy and developing monthly reports to the management and executive teams on any emerging social media trends outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
- Creating captivating content for an organisations social media sites which may include writing blogs articles posts and multimedia content.
- Setting measurable goals for campaigns measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in marketing social media communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Experience online reputation management and crisis management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Innovative thinking!
- Ideally experienced in Adobe Illustrator
