- Experiment with different social media channels and content to grow userbase
- Good to have knowledge of using Facebook and Twitter ads manager, and running paid ads.
- Participate in events and groups to build communities and grow awareness.
- Working closely with the Director, Social Media in carrying out marketing projects
- Collaborate with the marketing coordinator and other members of the marketing team and customer services team to maximize opportunities, deliver service excellence, and ensure consistency and communication across the group.
