Job Description

- Coordinate media relations and develop media engagement plan.
- Draft press releases in Arabic and English covering projects and work.
- Develop and deliver high-quality communications content for external and internal use in both Arabic and English.
- Support in identifying and developing effective messages, framing and means for delivering them to reach communication objectives.
- Work with various departments and projects teams to ensure that the communications activities calendar is up to date and is used for regular planning in consultation with line manager.
- Develop and implement a production and distribution plan of all awareness raising materials that will be produced for the different projects and activities.
- Coordinate with consultants and service providers on all aspects related to communications materials development, design and production (print, and audio-visual).
- Manage website in terms of content development and updating.
- Support the formation of responses to ad-hoc information requests from staff and partners.
- Support the development of communications materials and dissemination plans around special reports or project milestones.
