• Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost optimization within the Snowflake environment such as optimizing resource utilization implementing autoscaling policies and leveraging costeffective storage options.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance training and mentoring to junior members of the team helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles as Snowflake administrators.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data engineers developers and business analysts to understand their requirements and ensure the Snowflake environment meets their needs.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Document configuration troubleshooting procedures and best practices for managing Snowflake databases ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in Snowflake technology and data management best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Snowflake environment.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer or Electrical Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
