Position Title: SMSF Administrator
Work Setup: Work from Home
Salary: Php 60000 Php 80000
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN SMSF ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities as an SMSF Administrator:
Compile all financial data for the preparation of the SMSF financial reports tax returns and audit.
Ensure all the SMSF paperwork and transactions are in order before the file is passed on to the accountant and auditor.
Reconcile transactions within the accounting software.
Attending to day to day audit and tax agent to make sure SMSF tax returns are completed and lodged by the due date.
Maintaining of regulatory minutes and forms to ensure compliance with the SIS regulations.
Handling adhoc administration tasks and other duties as required.
Follow our existing procedures and checklists while also solving problems and improving the efficiency of business processes and systems.


Qualifications as an SMSF Administrator:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 2 3 years of experience in SMSF Administration/ Accounting providing superannuation services and indepth knowledge of SIS Act/Regulation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Exceptional communication and written skills.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled multitasker reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
You should be confident have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal communications
