Position Type: Contract

Rate: Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.



Job Description:

Key responsibilities and activities
1) Product Strategy
Enable technology solutions across their site(s) based on the segment strategy.
Align and execute 05 years product strategy for their site(s).
Responsible for ensuring that Plant Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment Understand the businesss needs and priorities for the product.
Maximizes ROI by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value
Ensures every local product mapped to standard product category to drive business value thru standardization and optimization.
Accountable for Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap
2) Business Relationship Management
Work across the senior Site business leaders to set/influence supply chain strategy and ensure strategic SCBT alignment and partnership
Partners with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring reliable compliant and secure environment.
Single Point of Contact for the Site Business Leadership and Site business and technology stakeholders
Attend the local change control board and assess GxP impact
3) Product Portfolio
Accountable for product features roadmap / deployments
Partners with Site LT on prioritization of the investments
Responsible for the CAR process; Develops Business case in partnership with business functions.
Owns Delivery of technology capabilities for the plant. Drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption.
Responsible for establishing a cadence of updates on the progress to the business teams.
Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.
TS partnership to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time/budget.
Owns BP/LRFP for the site in collaborating with his leadership; provides timely input to Segment MAKE PL & BTLs
4) Financial Management
Drive opportunities for cost optimization for the Plant in partnership with TS and TS finance.
Accountable for TCO for Product & Services (Plant JJT MAKE TCO)
SPOC for Site Finance team to ensure proper budgeting for technology plant costs aligned with Segment PL& BTLs.
Responsible for Ops IT budget adherence to plan and optimization YOY.
5) E2E Operational Plant Technology Ownership Products & Processes
Accountable for technology Operational efficiencies ensuring reliable costefficient environment.
Reliability RCA (True RCA & SLA) Incident management MTTR trending & insights
Cybersecurity ISRM / TLM addressing technology debt product catalog and site factbook.
