Site engineer

Management of the workers in the site (supervision of the attendance, distribution of tasks between the workers, safety measures, etc)
Technical quality supervision of the construction works (cash workers and contractor works);
Preparing and managing project workplan, budget forecasts, materials and tools description and quantities;
Preparing procurement orders for materials and tools always respecting the organization procedures;
Promote and share ideas for technical improvement;
Liaise with the Engineering department of Rihab municipality in order to comply with the local standards for the rehabilitation of public spaces;
Coordination with the project team, local stakeholders and community;
Coordination, supervision and capacity building of the foremen and workers;
Coordinating with Amman office departments such as logistic, finance, HR, etc.;
