Job Description: Shopify Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Shopify Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support and assistance to our customers using the Shopify platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience while using Shopify to run their online businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
  • Provide guidance and support on best practices for using Shopifys features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require further investigation or development.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate with the latest updates and releases from Shopify.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
  • Document customer interactions including technical solutions and product feedback in our support ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources such as knowledge base articles video tutorials and FAQs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role preferably in a technical or softwarerelated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform and its various features and functionalities.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce concepts and online business operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
