- Assists in curriculum design and delivers the academic curriculum according to RACA Educational Philosophy.
- Develop the subjects’ content, and ensure that the material delivery is up to date.
- Ensure that students receive a first-class education matching the highest standard possible.
- Lead by example, motivate and guide students to adhere to the school’s standards of excellence.
- Prepare, plan, and administrate/ course documents (Paperwork e.g. Syllabus, SOW, lesson plans…etc.).
- Willing and flexible to teach any schedule or teach on more than one program as the academy may request or requires.
