Job Description/ Responsibilities IT Service Desk (Voice process ) role for healthcare project.
Associate should be well versed with typical IT Service Desk tasks with minimum 18 months in International Service Desk including handling user issues over phone email & tickets.
Should be familiar with basic Citrix VMware Microsoft Outlook Network VPN Internet and other Hardware/software troubleshooting techniques.
Should be willing to work in a 24x7 work environment (predominantly US / Night shifts).
Excellent communication is a must.
