Overview

As a Senior Relationship Manager you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience growing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is vital to the organizations success as it directly impacts client retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients
  • Maximize revenue through crossselling and upselling strategies
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
  • Lead negotiations with clients on contracts and pricing
  • Monitor and analyze client performance and satisfaction
  • Resolve escalated client issues and concerns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
  • Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance
  • Implement retention and growth strategies for the client base
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to client relationships
  • Conduct regular client meetings and communications
  • Manage a team of relationship managers providing guidance and support
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
  • Proven experience in relationship management or sales
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Good understanding of market trends and economic indicators
  • Certification in financial planning or related field is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
