Senior UX Designer (m/f/d) - Remote

Your responsibility and tasks

• You will represent a major driver for transforming Build.One into a platform with a unique and fun user experience.
• You will make sure that Build.One becomes and remains a product with a unique and modern user experience, even while the functionality keeps growing.
• You will play a pioneering role in building our UX/UI processes and hiring a strong team of designers.
• You will identify newest trends and possibilities in the B2B SaaS UX/UI space and transform ideas into actions for the Build.One platform.
• You can convince your team of your concepts with the help of wireframes, user stories, mockups, interactive prototypes, and click dummies.
• You work with design tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, InVision, or Sketch in order to bring your ideas to life.
• You represent the customer's point of view and help the product management to consider these in the requirements for new product features and further developments.

Your profile

• You have +5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• You are experienced in working at the intersection of developers and product managers and are used to explaining, discussing and sharing your product vision.
• You have already gained experience in leading and managing a team of designers.
• You have a proven track record of UX/UI projects, optimally in the B2B SaaS space.
• You have a deep empathy for the user and a desire to learn as much as possible about how the user navigates through the Build.One platform.
• You are used to working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, InVision, or Sketch.
• You have an analytical and user-centered way of working, a keen eye for details, and a Design Thinking method kit.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are passionate about a startup environment and eager to become part of an exciting growth trajectory with an ambitious product vision.
