Job Title: Senior UI Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using design tools such as
Figma Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator. Additionally expertise in creating
digital marketing creatives emailers banners and landing pages will be considered
a significant asset.
Responsibilities:
1. User Interface Design:
Conceptualize and create visually appealing intuitive and functional user
interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers
developers and other designers to ensure the successful implementation of
designs.
2. Design Tools Proficiency:
Expertise in using Figma Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and
iterating on design concepts.
Stay updated on the latest design trends tools and technologies to enhance
the design process.
3. Digital Marketing Creatives:
Develop eyecatching and effective digital marketing creatives that align with
brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling assets for
online campaigns.
4. Emailers:
Design engaging email campaigns that optimize user experience and drive
desired actions.
Ensure email designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and
email platforms.
5. Banners:
Create visually appealing banners for online advertising and promotional
activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across
different banner ads.
6. Landing Pages:
Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion
rates.
Work closely with the development team to implement and test landing page
designs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience required
3. Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous
design projects.
4. Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Experience in creating digital marketing creatives emailers banners and landing
pages.
6. Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced
environment.
9. Uptodate with industry trends and design standards
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with animation and prototyping tools.
2. Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript.
3. Knowledge of A/B testing and user research methodologies.
