We are looking for a senior tour operator operations manager to work for Zaman Tours office in Amman.
This person must have at least 3 years of experience handling complex travel and tourism operations.

Job duties and tasks for the advertised job:

  • Book and confirm local tour guides and schedule tour guiding assignments based on fit and availability
  • Book transfers and transport according to the client s request and vehicle types
  • Prepare accurate visa documents (Manifest) for clients upon arrival
  • Manage client issues and disputes in town
  • Responding to client and stakeholder calls at any time
  • Coordinating the work between tour guides, drivers, airport crew, and other parties
  • Excellent teamwork and internal collaboration with departments within the company
  • Prepare advance file expenses and hand them to the escorting crew
  • Being up to date with the latest regulations related to our work in the travel industry
  • Responsible for the client support number 24/7
  • Ensure accurate file delivery to tour guides and drivers and ensure excellent operations in terms of quality handling, timing, and coordination while clients are in town
  • Follow up on client feedback and social media
  • Ensure excellent operating of tours and activities while in town
  • Excellent attention and follow-up on daily operations related to each booking
  • Ensure delivery of visa documents for airport crew and manage operating procedures caused by flight cancellation and delays like reservations of the services

  • Professional attributes:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience handling complex travel and tourism operations with a Jordanian tour operator
  • Hands-on experience with tour operator CRS and CRM software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and related Microsoft applications
  • Knowing Jordan s sites, attractions, and services in depth
  • Fluent in Arabic, and excellent English skills (Speaking and writing)
  • Clean driving license
