As a Senior Test Automation Engineer you will:

• Lead the roadmap to minimize software faults through a testdriven approach establishing and enhancing the testing competence within the department.
  
• Collaborate closely with Solution and System Architects to develop and refine the test automation framework and architecture ensuring alignment with the functional and test roadmaps.
  
• Integrate test automation into our CI/CD pipeline assisting in the continuous delivery of highquality software products.
  
• Conduct software quality assessments report on test coverage and residual risks and recommend improvements to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Product Owners (POs).
  
• Participate actively in the software testing community representing our IT Product & Technology Software Innovation initiatives.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Masters degree in a technical field with a preference for Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role ideally within a techdriven environment.
  
• Mandatory ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst or ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst certification.
  
• Proficiency in software development preferably with experience in Python.
  
• Demonstrated seniorlevel experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
  
• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively in a truly Agile environment.
  
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  
• Availability to work from our Veldhoven/Eindhoven office 3 days per week.

• Strategize and provide handson guidance at both the architectural and operational levels driving forward both product quality and testing efficiency.
  
• Serve as a strong stakeholder manager bridging the gap between highlevel architectural strategies and daytoday team operations.
