Senior Technical Writer is a skilled wordsmith that typically produces and maintains technical documentation, tutorials and general learning materials for software products, services and processes. They are responsible to provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership; lead documentation tasks / projects to successful completion and other content that distills technical information with ease and clarity.
General Duties:
- Establish documentation standards.
- Produce and maintain user guides and client training materials for software products / projects, in different languages, mainly Arabic and English.
- Serve as the company’s lingual authority and expert on appropriate use of language in products and product documentation.
