- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the entire recruiting process.
- Coordinate with the Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful talent acquisition and on-boarding
- Develops and implements sourcing strategies
- Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals and a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain adequate and positive communication with applicants and provide a positive experience for every single applicant.
- Develops and implements different selection strategies to ensure the compatibility of the applicants with the position
