Responsibilities:

Developing Talent Acquisition Strategies:

  • Create and execute talent acquisition strategies to fulfill the organizations technical hiring requirements effectively.

Collaborating with Managers:

  • Work closely with managers to comprehend their technical talent needs develop job profiles and define specifications.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Identify attract and engage both passive and active candidates across various channels including online platforms social media networking events and industryspecific communities.

Candidate Assessment and Recruitment Process Management:

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills experience cultural alignment and potential. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Building Relationships and Expanding Talent Pool:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies universities and technical communities to broaden the talent pool and bolster the employer brand.

Utilizing Recruitment Tools:

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools proficiently to efficiently manage candidate data and workflows.

Providing Guidance and Support:

  • Offer guidance and support to managers on interviewing techniques candidate assessment and selection decisions.

Staying Updated and Contributing to Employer Branding:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the recruitment process and attract top technical talent. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events career fairs and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment preferably focusing on Sales C&I and Electrical Engineers.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles skills and market trends in the Solar Industry.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools applicant tracking systems and online platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices interviewing techniques and selection methodologies.
  • Capability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and handle multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
  • Willingness to embrace and adapt to ongoing changes within the organization.
  • Alignment with company culture values: Trust Teamwork Learning Creativity Antifragility and Proactivity are prioritized.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
