- 4+ years of Systems Engineer experience, focusing on solution implementation and networking.
- Proficiency in endpoint management technologies like Ivanti EPM, ManageEngine, or SCCM.
- Strong understanding of VPN technologies, NAT configurations, and network principles.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Experience with other network technologies such as load balancing and SD-WAN is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of patch management, application control, and device control is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is advantageous.
