Senior SQA Engineer

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 23 years of handson experience in QA Automation.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
• Experience working directly with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with fintech or trading platforms and financial instruments.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problemsolving.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using industrystandard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure the effective integration of automated testing into the overall development process.

• Implement and improve QA processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle.
• Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of quality standards across projects.

• Work closely with international clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on project status and address client queries and concerns.

• Participate in test planning activities including the identification of test scenarios test cases and test data.
• Execute test cases report defects and track issues to resolution.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and business analysts to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both locally and internationally.
