Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer with expertise in SharePoint Online architecture migration development customization and administration. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the migration of the existing SharePoint 2010 onpremises intranet to SharePoint Online through a Lift and Shift approach. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing solutions for the SharePoint intranet including the conversion of custom forms and workflows into PowerApps.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration (Lift and Shift) of the existing SharePoint 2010 onpremises intranet to SharePoint Online.
• Design develop and implement solutions for the SharePoint intranet ensuring the functionality and integrity of the main site and its 16 subsites with subpages custom forms InfoPath forms and workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to convert custom SharePoint forms and InfoPath forms into PowerApps.
• Collaborate with client employees to understand business and user requirements providing effective IT solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operation and administration of the SharePoint Online environment.
• Work closely with the development team utilizing .NET C# and other programming languages as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online architecture.
• 5 years of SharePoint Online migration experience (onprem to online).
• 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online development customization and administration.
• 3 years of experience migrating from legacy SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• 3 years of experience using migration tools such as ShareGate.
• 3 years of experience converting custom SharePoint forms and InfoPath forms into PowerApps.
• 3 years of PowerShell scripting experience in SharePoint migration.
• 2 years of .NET C# and other programming and development experience.
• Strong leadership analytical communication and creative problemsolving skills.
• Proven ability to analyze dependencies of current business processes within a business unit or project areas.
• Proven ability to design define and adhere to excellent customer support processes.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and be adaptive to new tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with .NET Core.
• Microsoft SharePoint Certification.
