- Maintains all sales leads in accordance with established hotel procedures and standards.
- Adds value in meeting the hotel’s needs by identifying and implementing sales strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction, maximize opportunities for all groups and FIT business through careful research and targeted action plan.
- Develops professional relationships with clients to support achieving the hotel’s goals outlined in the Sales & Marketing Plan and to best achieve a long-term business success.
