Requirements

Requirements will depend on level of experience and type of client will consider people with 2-3 years minimum right through to those with 10+ years of experience that are team ;

• Bachelors degree - quantitative related fields, Finance, Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with strong Math s skills in probability, stochastic calculus and numerical methods
  
• MSc or PhD in a relevant subject is highly valued
  
• Proven working experience in computing and programming skills in C++, C
  
• Proficiency in using Python, R, or Matlab
  
• Must be highly motivated with a keen willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  
• PnL Track record with excellent Sharpe ratios >10
  
• A thorough understanding of traditional and emerging financial markets, comprehensive mindsets of risk management
  
• Proven ability to stay composed and focused in a high pressured and volatile market environment
