Fixed network quality assurance and customer experience sr. technical lead role to develop Fixed network quality indices and performance measurements for VDSL, gated communities and home wireless customers. Maintain VF-EG leadership position in fixed market, drive insights and smart care solutions.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Develop quality indices and performance measurements for VF-EG fixed networks
- Develop Insights and Data analytics for fixed core nodes [DNS-PCRF-DPI-BNG
- Develop Insights and Data analytics for fixed access network [CPE-MSAN]
- Develop Fixed Network Smart Care use cases in alignment with the customer care frontline empowerment strategy
- Fixed Network competitive analysis to maintain VF-EG leadership position in fixed market
