- Working across different network operations teams to develop data analytics/ Artificial intelligence solutions for detecting/predicting potential service-impacting problems
- Build inter-systems integrations between iPredictor and different management systems, and data sources
- Develop using Python/R, a new data analytics/AI solution that supports different operations teams to prevent service outages
- Develop new tools/ systems that help predict service failure
- Always adopt the latest data analytics, and AI technologies and apply them in operations insights analytics streams
