Senior Quality Assurance QA Engineer

Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior QA Engineer to join their dynamic and forwardthinking team As a Senior QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including development product management and user experience to drive continuous improvement in their software development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Develop implement and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to verify software functionality performance and security
  
• Design and execute both manual and automated tests ensuring comprehensive coverage of software features and functionalities
  
• Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the testing process
  
• Identify and document defects issues and enhancement opportunities and work closely with development teams to facilitate their resolution
  
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on product functionality usability and performance from a quality perspective
  
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes tools and methodologies driving efficiency and effectiveness in testing efforts
  
• Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and QA trends to proactively drive quality improvements
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a focus on both manual and automated testing
  
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools (eg Selenium Appium JUnit TestNG etc)
  
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java Python or similar languages used for test automation
  
• Thorough understanding of QA methodologies testing techniques and best practices
  
• Experience with performance testing security testing and load testing is a plus
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
  
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior QA team members
  
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
