A reputable Shared Services company is hiring for Senior Procurement Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 4 years working experience working in Procurement department covering IT products such as Desktop Laptop Network Server Software Licensing and etc
  
• Good experience in performing purchasing tasks covering supplier & vendor sourcing contract negotiation purchase order and etc
  
• Continuously maintaining the best purchase price and the highest level of quality reliability and services with IT based suppliers and vendors
  
• Identify and lead regional IT procurement and sourcing projects with existing or new service providers and vendors
  
• Develop shortterm and longterm procurement pipelines that drive total value including cost savings KPIs supplier relationship management and etc.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
