Senior PPC specialist for MD Finance

MD Finance is an international FinTech company with financial projects in various markets and market segments.

Our main business streams include Online lending KYC LaaS (lending as a service software) products and AdTech activities. Our internal MD Finance talent team has launched and managed all these verticals.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior/Lead PPC to be the first marketer in our brandnew department focusing on Microfinance Institutions (MX market). This is a unique opportunity to start a completely new traffic source and niche from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate entirely new niches from the ground up
• Monitor daily and monthly budgets adjust the spending based on results and finetune bids to achieve optimal ROI
• Design manage and continuously optimize advanced Google Ads campaigns with a focus on driving significant traffic and high conversion rates
• Work with analysis of campaign performance using advanced Google Analytics techniques and additional analytics tools. Provide insightful datadriven reports and recommendations
• Monitor competitor advertising campaigns conduct research
• Build an infrastructure and toolset to cover all necessities for reaching targets
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and marketing divisions to get the synergy in goalachieving

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns preferably in a highvolume setting
• Showcasing a strong understanding of budget allocation and financial efficiency
• Proven track record of substantial success in generating high traffic and conversions with evidence of tangible results and impacts
• Advanced proficiency in analytics including deep expertise in ROI calculations data interpretation and strategy adjustment based on analytical insights
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to explore new technologies and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously exhibiting strong decisionmaking skills and independence coupled with a collaborative mindset for team projects
• Proactivity and desire to make an impact on product development.
